We've found ourselves in this position a lot lately. Here are a few tips we've found useful in hosting a beautiful event while keeping social distancing in mind:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💍Move your event to an outdoor or open-air venue. We love sourcing beautiful tents for our outdoor events.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💍Ditch the buffet; Opt for a plated dinner, or get creative with food trucks.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💍Incorporate plenty of seating arrangements that encourage social distancing. We love designing cozy pods for small groups of people!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

#challengeaccepted Very little makes me happier than seeing women lift each other up in support and encouragement.

If I’m being honest, the beginning of my career as a business owner was not the easiest. I was faced with a few women in the wedding industry that were less than encouraging...to the point that I wasn’t sure this role was for me. But as I pushed on, God continued to place powerful, encouraging women in my life that helped me stand firm in who I was and fight for the things that mattered.

Over time I learned how much power and freedom there was when I was surrounded by those women, not just in my personal life but in business as well. As our team has grown over the years, and a few have come and gone, I am so blessed to call these women my teammates, friends and sisters.

I’ve so treasured the time we spend together working behind the scenes, preparing for weddings, because through some amazing and sometimes hard conversations, we’ve been preparing our hearts for some tough journeys we’ve been on. And without each other support, I’m not quite sure we would be where we are.

I know I speak proudly when I say that my teammates have given me life. While they were helping me with this business, they were also helping me grow my family.

One of the top questions we receive leading up to the wedding day is, "What is the wedding processional order?". Here are a few tips:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤍The bride’s side is traditionally on the left when facing the ceremony site while the groom’s side is on the right.
🤍The grandparents of the groom are the first to enter, followed by the parents of the groom, and are seated on the right side.
🤍The mother of the bride is the last parent to be escorted in, followed by the officiant, groom, and the bridal party.
