Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways to live in the moment. It is one of the most powerful ways to be happier in life.
However, success and hard work can sometimes be a block to gratitude. It does not mean you cannot have both. It just means you need to be intentional. When you start to perform at a high level, sometimes you begin to overlook the small things in life that make it worth the work.
